We believe it is our responsibility to provide prompt, courteous customer service. We usually process orders within 24 hours excluding weekends and holidays. If you wish to have your invoice with tracking emailed to you with each shipment, please mention it to your customer service representative when placing your order. We ship throughout the United States and Internationally. We offer several shipping options for your convenience including, DHL, FedEx, and UPS.

International Orders: Shipping cost does not include duties/tariffs or related brokerage fees for which Synergistic Batteries, Inc. is not responsible.
